Yeah, we blew him away a mile or so after that!! Couldn't quite understand how he got so far ahead seeing as we never actually got to the track. Hey Rich, I once searched high and low for an open chip shop in Bury and didn't found one - so I've never been back since. What use is a town without a chippy Gotta give big praise to MM2 who proved to be the best speed camera spotter in the world on the way home - and there's a few new ones on the A14 now as well. I guess we'll really know how good he was in a week or so's time!!

Lawt - you must have stayed in that restaurant a long time, you passed pieman and myself about 5 miles from the A14/M6 junction? You must have been doing some low flying as we never saw Mikael and crew

Hey Rich, I once searched high and low for an open chip shop in Bury and didn't found one - so I've never been back since. What use is a town without a chippy managed to find one eventually Lawt .......after about 45 mins of looking. Had to park on a pub car park though and the landlady came out and gave us a right earfull for using their car park. hence eating them in an A14 layby

Rich, I wondered about that. The van that blasted past fairly close to us was Mikael's old van - driven by Mark Harvey. But we did not recognise it as him and flew past him. Apparently he recognised us and made an attempt to catch up but we had outgated him and left him for dead up the back straight! He was quite miffed that we did not stop for a chat and a cuppa.
