Thanks to '8' for doing the updates. Loads of interest on here last night. Especially great to see Beegee back with us - Hi Barbara.
Adam spotted where the Wolves fans were watching from and quite a few of us got up onto the dog track after heat 15 and he did his donut right in front of us on the second bend. What a performance.
TBBW: 71 minutes back to Wombourne.

Swifty- How come you aren't in the pits tonight? I've got a proper job and couldn't get away early enough. Paul Goddard is with him. www.kudltd.com just a small advert for him!! Looks as if he is doing something right. Is he putting rocket fuel in for him!!

:DA brilliant performance from the wolves tonight! with no number 1 and not using any tacticals we kept it close! adam was absoultey supurb, using the dirt better then mr Adams! Magnus was impressive and freddie showed us all that being a heat leader at 19 in ya 1st full season, isn't going to be easy! he did ok though. Had we had Mikael, we could of come away with a win, good that he turned up! true wolf ;D well the last time i went to swindon (2004) we came away annoyed that we lost, but lastnight i was just so happy

ill try again, hehe - damn computer
ILUVFREDDIE, I agree that just because Adam has taken David's place while injured should mean that we are left with the choice of Adam or David. The best option would be to get rid of the weakest link and keep Adam

I, for one, had my doubts as to how he would perform - I've always thought of him as no more than a second string, but he has done so well in these two meetings. He is a second string... Lindgren & Max are the heat leaders... And I guess Johnston to a lesser extent. Excellent so far on his return. I know, but my point is that he came in to replace our 'second heat leader'. The fact that Lindgren and Johnston overtook David in the averages is irrelevant. The team was built around Max 1, Howe 2 etc etc, and the usual 'potential' for riders to improve on their averages. Adam has delivered two No. 1/No. 2 scores so far; if he was to keep that up, then Adams and CVS get the 'team' performance that they planned at the start of the season - by chance rather than by design. Not that I'm complaining. If he does continue in this vein, then it will be nigh on impossible to drop him when DH is fit again (but that's not to say that DH might not slot in somewhere else). Rob
