As you say,a classic case of "snatching defeat from the jaws of victory" ! I'm a bit puzzled why he went with Billy rather than Freddie in heat 15 but, from the sound of it,it probably didn't make any difference.

Disappointingly close, yet on the other hand a heartening performance. I'm encouraged by it. Logistically it's going to be awkward for me tomorrow, but I'm going to try to get to Peterborough. Thanks to all for the updates and the banter. Not as awkward as it would be for me :-) Hope you make it and the boys reward you with a good performance

Yes, thanks for the updates, Rich/Lawt. I can't help feeling that this is two lost points... Oh well, it's only a game!

Hope you all had fun ;D. sorry I couldnt join you but I had four kids running wild , and some bloke from down south kept phoning me up Good night All

While at AE: Heat 15, AE down by 2. "Nicholls excluded for taking Kylmakorpi off, he caught his footrest, Nicholls not happy. In Re-Run Kylmakorpi led, he slowed up to let Max past and Schlein smashed into the back of Kylmakorpi, it seems the ref has excluded Schlein which is totally wrong, Coventry riders and fans absolutely exploding at the moment" (quoted from Live Updates)

High drama at Purfleet... Last heat decider; Nicholls excluded from Ht 15. Roo-Boy excluded in the re-run! Conventry team and fans up in arms (couldn't happen to a nicer team!)

it seems the ref has excluded Schlein which is totally wrong, (quoted from Live Updates) How can this be wrong if Kylmawhatsisname was in FRONT?
