Hi Folks,
Waiting to hear from Lawt and the guys at Smallmead. In the meantime, a big Happy Birthday to Silverbob (my Dad) who is clickety click today and might be reading this later.
Now I need your help. How do you cure insomnia? I haven't slept properly for 2 weeks and the more tired I get, the harder I find it to sleep. Am I mad? What should I do? Your suggestions please...
So if I nod off at some stage tonight then you'll understand why I'm zzzzz....

Another 'sparse' crowd for Reading. Really makes you wonder how they are surviving (with the exception of JP's incredibly large pockets)

Evening all.
The last nail in the playoff coffin or will hope spring eternal?
Sorry to hear about the sleeping, Mark. Reading sends me off.
Have to say 12 pints of stella would send me to the bathroom rather than the bedroom.

How do you cure insomnia? Pop into the Monmore pits and listen to Adams pre-meeting team talks. Seems to work for the riders.

Evening all. Just catching up after a couple of days out of action. What's the latest spin? According to Alistair Campbell, we have a team manager who is a cross between Albert Einstein, Nostradamus and Peter Kay. Will that do?

Evening all
Happy birthday to MM2s dad
Insomnia - Jasmine oil - you can buy a tiny bottle for about £5 in Holland and barrett and because its mixed with almond opil you can put it straight on your pulse points - temples wrists, inner elbow. [glow=red,2,300]tests proved it worked better than nothing and better than lavender. [/glow]I know its not a man smell but it works...
AS a rather extreme measure the tension medication Syndol works for me - two of these and I am flying. Over the counter at any chemists, but not recommended as daily solution and DO NOT DRIVE after taking them for a good 8 hrs til you know how your body takes to them
