Bjerre impressive again. Basil Fawlty moment for Hans Andersen whose bike stops again. He wheels it onto the centre green, has a strop, kicks his bike, thrashes it and generally tells it off.
Hugely impressive man of the match tonight: DAVID HOWE.

Well done every Rider in the Conditions. All 7 Scored well and David Howe, wow he's riding the best he has for Years (1 hell of a chance at the British Final me thinks and Magnus said he's Finally got his New Engine and looked better and more Agressive :okeep it up Maggy

I have to commend myself on some superb reporting from this match. I told Martin that the meeting was in no great danger of being called off just before the downpour. Then during the break that there was very little chance of racing continuing just before they decided to carry on. I'm so incompetent, I could get a job on Sky.
