Pathetic Adams. Why the hell leave Wilkinson in? How many times have we seen Magnus be ABSOLUTE CRAP all night then win Heat 14 from nowhere? A slim chance is better than NO chance which is what we had by leaving Wilkinson in. SACK THE MAN NOW. HE HAS NO CLUE. Join the Club BW.

out of 28 rides for our team so far (14 heats), the bottom 3 have failed to beat an opposing rider on track. Or, in 50 rides, including Ipswich have beat just three. That's two victories for the taking thrown away. Hope PK & Billy are fired up to salvage a draw.

I'm thinking it was probably just as well Nicholls and Schlein were out injured, or this could have been embarrassing. To use Mr X's great analysis, our B-team faced 24 opponents, and managed to beat 2 engine failures.
I laughed heartily at Poole's team selection, but they are winning tonight at Reading by 7, and Batchelor, Boyce and Kennett are providing superb back-up to Crump and B.Pedersen. They took a calculated gamble and so far it is paying off. Hmmmm, sound familiar to Wolves fans? No, didn't think it did, because we never do.
Sorry, fed up, whether we get a 5-1 to draw in 15 or not, because we are busy chucking away points down the drain at every opportunity. With DH riding like this, we should be cleaning up (4 heatleaders, people!) We are such a Jeckyll (=home) and Hyde (=guess?) team

Even if we get the draw it's not good enough against that Coventry line up, especially when we seem to get the benefit of a couple of engine failures.
I'm sorry but what sort of idiot programmes his worst second string at #4 for Heat 14 when the match is on the line? How many times do we have to lose out in the same race before the penny drops?
Thanks god that David Howe is having a storming season because with one of his trademark sluggish starts we'd be down with Oxford and Ipswich by now.
Theo is OK at Monmore but not away. No comment on the other two. At virtually any other team they would be out by now....

Theo's comments on Monday show how far the club has slipped.
"I haven't got my best engine, its been sent away for a rebuild. I might have it for next week"
So we have ridden away against Ipswich in a MUST WIN match, away at Cov in a GOLDEN opportunity to win, and a key rider has sub-standard machinery.
I'm not criticising Theo here, merely pointing out that once again, this would not have happened in the past. He would have been whisked of to Sam's workshop, the engine would have been sorted overnight.
I've read that Jason Crump is doing similar things now at Poole, and they are exceeding all expectations.
Adams out. Sam in!

The double up option is not working for sure. It's silly that the 'best league in the world' has riders that have teams in a lower league that takes preference. Explain that one to your non speedway mate at work.

Oh well, at least BET365 gave me a healthy bonus with their 8pt start for Wolves. Although even that nearly went pear shaped!
Thanks PK!!! ;D ;D ;D

Billy should have laid it down in 15 if he was shoved hard.

On a website that is Wolves through and through and has no truck for our nearest neighbours whatsoever:
Congrats to Cov. When the cards were stacked against fought like hell to pull off the seemingly impossible.
In the name of God go.

No doubt the management spin will say what a great result to only lose by 4 at Coventry, who have started the season in great shape. Don't make me laugh

Thanks a lot to Wolfgang and Lawt and the team at Coventry, and to the gang on here for the company.
Thanks god we had the day on the beach! Off to forget about the speedway again... ;D
