At least Neath limited the damage a little.

Good gate and first turn from ALES in 8: Heffers is third briefly but finishes a long way behind.

Its time some of our boys stepped up to the plate.. Lets see if they can do it tonight. Trivia question - from what sport does the phrase 'step up to the plate' come from?

Wonder ride from NICOLAI in 9. Witches are on a 5-1 but on successive turns he passes Johnno and then Louis. Trouble is, DAVID cannot get past Johnno.
NIELS on a TR in 10. He passes Swiderski but cannot catch Miskowiak.
Interval now on.

If we can team ride to 3-3's and get a few tac rides in, we could stem this to 8 ...... couldn't we

WHAT IS ADAMS DOING!!!!!
Why use a TR against Swiderski and Miskowiak???
Why not use it in Heat 11 or 12 when there is an Ipswich reserve in the race!!!!!!

Its time some of our boys stepped up to the plate.. Lets see if they can do it tonight. Trivia question - from what sport does the phrase 'step up to the plate' come from? Evenin' all. Just got in, not as bad as I expected so far given the relative form of the two sides... Any truth in the rumour that the BSPA have scrapped the aggregate score in KO Cup matches too? CVS says he voted against it but he's sure it will be a big success. To answer your question, Mr Enforcer, its definitely plate spinning.

Its time some of our boys stepped up to the plate.. Lets see if they can do it tonight. Trivia question - from what sport does the phrase 'step up to the plate' come from? Baseball .... it derives from the old days where Market Traders and Butchers were asked to eat some of their produce to prove it was fit for consumption ... hence Step up to the Plate ! Tonight its a case of this match being "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush"

Well heat 14 is going to be weak, so we should use Freddie off 15 metres
Are we using Neathy as #8 tonight or as a replacement ?
If its r/r then use Ales in heat 14
should have kept Neils as the tac sub, not the tac ride

Its R/R with Neath at Number 8. So Ales can take a ride.

So heat 14 we could use Ales in green off gate 2 and Freddie off 15 metres
