Thanks Rangdo - that must have been a real drudge to type through................still as Rich said, at least we are in the comfort of our own homes. We must spare a thought for the travelling fans........what a journey home

There's four sleeping bags in there as well. And some saucepans. Any Sauternes or Barsac Have to talk to Mrs 8: wine is her territory. I know there is red, white and pink. And the same bottle of champagne kept for a very special occasion. Thanks to Rangdo and to Lawt: he has my every sympathy. I can remember a 38-40 loss at Coatbridge. That was a lovely journey home. Seemed to take weeks.

I would normally say it was a pleasure, but...
Highlight of the evening was the tarantula in the spare room I had to swat with the newspaper.

Thanks to RoA for the updates; better to break the duck in a meaningless league fixture than in the important CS meetings next week! 'Night all

Thanks to RoA for relaying the dire news from the south coast. The only good thing I can say about last night was that I really enjoyed my fish and chips out of the paper on the Poole Harbour wall. Mind you, I found it a bit strange that the fish was delivered to the Poole chippy by a truck from Smales of Hull!
Just wanted to add that although we heard from the pits that PK was having trouble walking when he withdrew from the meeting he seemed much better at the end as he walked across the centre to the changing room. Let's hope he can rest it and get some treatment.
