What a shocking end to our season. It may be an end of season filler, but we seemed to have been short changing the public. We may have had 2 guests, but so did Ipswich on Monday.
Must say for once not proud to be a wolf.
Adams must look at himself, what motivation ??, and CVS for choice of guest.
If a team had turned up at the green like we did tonight, then there would have been plenty of acerbic comments about them. This isn't what the Wolves were about- what's going on, does anyone care ?

No, you're thinking of Barrow I could do with a new wheelbarrow, the bottom has rusted out of mine. I fancy one of those plastic ones with the big ball instead of a wheel. Are they ballbarrows?

You Wolves fans give up too easily. We can still qualify for the final, I mean it's not as though we have to win every race between now and the end of the qualifiers to do it. ;D

I think the absolutely PATHETIC choice of guest for Peter tonight shows just how seriously the club are taking this competition. Its probably even worse than when Oxford came to Monmore in the play-offs in 2004, with Josh Larsen as a guest for Greg Hancock. Can't believe I'm saying it again, but roll on next season

Only just caught up with the news. Wish I hadn't bothered although to be honest it is about what I would have expected. Many thanks to the Pies for delivering the news but I do feel so sorry for those folks who made the loooooong journey to Ipswich to watch just half of our team get hammered.
Unfortunately it is this type of meeting that spectators will remember more than the really good ones and it WILL mean that some spectators won't bother going to speedway again. I hope that our complacency does not come back to bite our arses.
