People who think they know everything, are an annoyance to those of us who do.

There are people out there who don't deserve to wear the racejacket

There are people out there that shouldnt have given them one, and should at least be asking for it back !!
Oh well, at least we get some matches after the season, relegation play-offs. Not quite what I had in mind.

I would just like to point out that I said back in January that we should sign Swiderski. I also said that Da Management would sit around until all the other teams had signed their riders and then see what was left.....surely I couldn't have outwitted the Tactical Genius AGAIN?! ETA: Following quotes from BSF ( to prove my point! ) - 27th December 2008... 4th January 2008...

Knowing speedway she would have to come in on an assessed 8 so we couldn't fit her in.

Absolute disgrace! It would help if we had a team manager who knew the rules and used all the possible tactical moves!

Havent got sky, but still couldnt summon the enthusiasm.
Thought the Poles would struggle at our place - they probably did, but we struggled more !!
What on earth is going on at the green ?
Has the Sith Lord really lost the plot, it looks like his trusted accomplice has with encyclapaedical (spelling lol) knowledge of the 2008 rules.
I despair

Another disappointment to say the least. Some good races but we only have three riders that look interested. Wholesale changes needed. We will be bottom after thursday night and ridden more meetings.

I watched from the comfort of my sofa. Normally I don't get worked up if (when) I see us lose on the telly. Tonight though it was more than frustrating. No doubt Adams will point to the exclusions of Niels and Ales, and I'd agree that both were harsh. But, then again, Adams didn't seem concerned enough to support his riders when they protested to the referee. The ref won't change his mind, but team spirit and all that...
We are habitually carrying three passengers. Tonight we carried four, and our top three all lost crucial points. Freddie came good towards the end, but he pretty much always drops points in his first couple of rides. Niels was unlucky to be excluded (if an opponent leaves a huge gap he can't expect to close it when it's too late) and was outwitted by Swiderski. David's good luck to gain a second chance in heat 4 was countered by his shed chain in heat 11 when he tried a hard cutback on the second corner rather than wait for a chance later on.
I've commented on Niels' exclusion. I thought Ales was unlucky, as Flymo did lose a little speed and veered slightly inwards just as Ales drew alongside (incidentally, I don't get all that nonsense Pearson was spouting about Ales being in front - if he was in front, there would have been no contact - he was alongside). A top-line ref told me recently that the rules do provide for the referee to exclude no-one if he cannot determine who the primary cause of the stoppage was. I thought the ref called all the first bend incidents correctly, but he did betray some inconsistency by changing his mind about riders only speaking with him via the team manager.
What on earth was Tatum on about when he said Swiderski could go off 15m after being excluded for falling? Perhaps it was the lack of oxygen or the thought of being trapped on that platform with Pearson.

Simple fact this team ain't good enough.Big Big changes are needed-just to get away from the bottom. The decision/risk of Dryml hasn't worked, with the exception of a home heat 1 win Goodbye. Both reserves...simple not good enough Goodbye.Klindt sorry tough call here, still not sure, but my gut call is not good enough Goodbye. As for the heat leaders well having stood in the cold tonight and watched that inept performance i'm going to reserve my judgement and think about it....just like Coventry will and probably make a change before we do....any call on Smolinski making a return when the 42 pt limit is available-still at least Messing will become available to replace one of our miss-firing clowns
