Wolves
Chris Neath looked good pity about the tape infringement.
Wayne Carter had an average meeting seemed about PL second string standard.
David Howe looked a class act in his only outing but in obvious pain. I expect him to be out for a while now.
Jaye Stevens was way out of his depth.
Sam Ermolenko out of the trapes like a rocket in his first 2 outings then as with all his other meetings went right off the boil and was on the receiving end of 3 5-1s and looked totally average
Staven Braidford made some excellent starts and his race in heat 12 was the race of the day. A definate star of the future.
Graham Jones put in another solid display. Flew from the traps and looked completely at ease with PL racing.
Newport
Smart, watson,Iversem and Atkin are a solid top 4 and wont get beaten at home too often may be a little weak in the reserves for a title challenge
Ratings
Weather***** More like June than March
Track **** Smooth surface a little too dry and slick
Attendance *** not sure what PL tracks usually attract but for a stadium where you can stand all the way round there was a good few there
Entertainment *** good meeting but after David's withdrawal the complexion of the meeting changed.
Wolves performance**** Apart from sam no more could have beenasked of any rider.
Wolves rider of the meeting. Tough to chose Jones obviously for 11 pts but Braidford looked a very good prospect for the future.
Referee(Chris Dunno) nothing to do all meeting
