I will be ringing back live updates to MM2 who will update this site this evening (assuming he's back from sunny Cornwall and we can get a mobile signal at Foxhall!).

Latest news on this match is that Paul Hurry will not be riding due to a blood clot at the top of his leg and an infection which is affecting his kidneys. Doesn't sound too good. Let's hope he recovers from that quickly.
Ipswich will use R/R or another guest but will miss PH as he has been scoring very well so far this season..

Good grief - first time on this and can't cope with what adding tags and smileys means... anyway, weather so far is good re Ipswich so match looks like will go ahead. Shame about Hurry cus if he had been really crap we could've had a lot of fun at his expence. hey - I was expecting a winking round face not a text icon! Cheap!

It's James and Magnus I think. I'll post the team as soon as Lawt phones with the news. Let me know if you're tuning in to follow the match...

I'll be tuning in. Hurry's absence does weaken the Witches but I'm reluctant to raise my hopes.

Just heard from Lawt... Weather is very cold but dry. Track looks well watered. Ipswich 1. Bjarne Pedersen (G) 2. Chris Slabon 3. R/R for Paul Hurry 4. Daniel Nermark 5. Scott Nicholls 6. Leigh Lanham 7. Tom Madsen Wolves 1. Mikael Max 2. R/R for David Howe 3. Sam Ermolenko 4. Adam Skornicki 5. Peter Karlsson 6. James Grieves 7. Magnus Karlsson It looks like David Howe will probably return on Monday night... Lawt also spoke to Peter Karlsson who says he always looks at our website... it definitely gets his seal of approval. He said a bit more actually, but we've had to promise not to publish it... remember to ask me if you see me! We've picked a good time to visit with Hurry and Hampel out... but we're in such poor form ourselves anything could happen. I have a feeling it could be decided at reserve, and they look strong.

Oh, Peter also said "it's far too cold tonight for speedway". Now this man is Swedish, so that's really saying something!
