Yes we did win, but heat 14 was the crucial race. My point about a third heat leader is a frustration that we have Sam and Adam in the positions where we win or lose. Mikael and Peter are a strong 1 and 2 but we would be a stronger team with a 3 or 4 who were either consistently strong at home ( to make the bonus point likely0 or consistent in that they beat the riders they should expect to beat. We do well at home because so far this season, Chris Neath/James Grieves perform heroics. I've left David out because he is clearly riding at much less than 100% fit but still giving 100% effort. He is obviously one rider who is going to get better and better.

My final post for tonight; I didn't criticise Sam for pushing James wide, simply giving my opinion that in his prime he would have turned on a sixpence and team ridden for a 5-1. That is meant as an acknowledgement of what a great rider he has been. This banter reminds me of endless argument and dbate in the Red Lion on a friday night.........

Well done on the updates. I wonder how many countries these updates will have been read in by the end of the season. So far Ive noticed USA, Australia,Poland,Sweden,Spain and Belgium. It would be great if we went the whole season with someone updating this site on every meeting. ;D

Got to agree with Wolfgang about James Grieves. Simply superb tonight. I'd like to say that James was superb last night,but I don't know if you'll all think I'm bias!! He could have least of tried for double figures!!! ;D ;D
