Dryml excluded in 8 as Krysz pushes him wide but leaves him room. Dryml hits the deck without a lot of help from anyone.

Krysz gates so well in heat 8: if I say Ivan Mauger do you get the idea?
Ronnie looks good and it is an easy 5-1.

Another easy 5-1. Freddie looks class tonight. Sam looks off the pace and pulls up towards the end.

Good ride from Ales Dryml in 10. Ronnie and Mikael are all over him for two laps but the track is now very slick and ultimately it is an assured win.

PK on a TR in 11.
David does well to pass Dryml but PK has gone.

4 ride maximum for Freddie. Krysz misses the start and pushes for third but can't make it.

Good 13 with Mikael riding well around the first turn. David pushes hard but Pk knows where he is and holds second.
A 15 metre tactical in 14 for Ales Dryml in yellow.

Johnno rides a good first turn to pass Kylmakorpi and Magnus tucks in for a safe third.
The HSD rates as a good number 4.
Fullers ESB is on the start line now, an established heat leader.

I may have a bottle of Conference League Kokanee tonight, or maybe even a Premier League heatleader Grasshopper

Heat 15 to be rerun after Freddie drives hard under Kylmakorpi on turn one of lap 2. Hard decision, Kylmakorpi collapsed like a deck of badly shuffled cards.

5-1 from the gate to the Panthers on a track that, at the end, had very little dirt on it. Finishing tonight with a Timothy Taylor's Landlord. Which, if it was a speedway rider, would be Sam Ermolenko. About ten years ago. Not tonight's vintage, which, if he was a beer, would be a Carling Black Label.

I was thinking he was more of a Watney's Red Barrel on tonight's performance.
Comments: - pleased that we provided so many heat wins and so few lasts - disappointed with Heat 15, particularly as far as the bonus goes; might haunt us on Friday - pleased with DH's score, and Johnno's after his first ride blob - disappointed in Sam's performance - pleased that I predicted 54-40, only one out, not bad!
Thanks for the updates 8, see you on Friday (do you realise we were the only ones to post on this thread tonight?)

Excellent win, although we did lose 5 points over the last 5 heats in our usual fashion. Nice to see everyone contribute in a great team performance. My prediction of a 6th place in the league may be under threat..........hopefully .
