Feel free to add any comments here. im going for an Aces win - there on a roll and going for top spot, which they rightly should have in my opinion. Tough ask for Charlie to replace Mike especially as hes never ridden as a genuine number one for a team before.

Thanks for doing the updates Steve. I think we should give it everything and take whatever is available. It will be a hard task to avoid looking complete dipsticks in front of the cameras, especially if any of the team ride like many of them did last week I still strongly feel that we should be tracking Freddie at number one and the guests at number five. Perhaps there was a valid reason when Mike was in the team for him keeping the number one jacket but now it will assist our team to give Freddie that position for the remainder of the season.

Evening Steve, everyone... Best wishes to the lads for tonight, let's hope they can rally and get a result. I have my doubts, Belle Vue are on form at the moment and we, clearly, are not. Perhaps they feel as I do... It doesn't really matter! Mikael's injury has knocked the stuffing out of my season; perhaps the team is being affected in the same way. Here's to a safe, entertaining meeting! UTW Andrew

Hi Andrew! well at the moment the track is pretty bad and there doin some work on it and why they havent just blanket sawdusted it i dont know. In thwe pre meeting interviews from SKY johno and the team are pretty down still from last weeks news whilst the Aces are there to win - theres a HUGE difference!

Hi Steve,
it looks unlikely. The track seems to have a strip of ploughed field and is smooth elsewhere. Sawdust here and there.
The main problem is being unable to work on the track until 6.30. After the rain we had over the weekend work needed to be done, and it couldn't because of the dogs.

Hi`8` - its a nightmare isnt it - and really brings to the fore track preperation issues. Surely sawdusting as they did at eastbourne previously will dry it up after tractoring it in?

Ht1. from the tapes - spaced out. Ht2.from the tapes - the battle was at the back, james just hanging on for 3rd Ht3.The boys gate and screenie edges closer to Johno and nearly nicks it on the line. Ht4.The aces pair gate - Krzys challenges steady for 2 laps but freddie is well at the back. Ht5.Bjerre gates but goes wide on turn 2. David sneaks under anfd keeps him out- johno nicks the lead. David comes round johno for an easy win.
