I think we should be looking a bit longer term than Hancock in 2006 - I'd be happy with PK as number 1 in 2006. Or was this just a bit of Sky rumor-mongering? Beyond that, I like the idea of "trading" one of our out-of-favour assets for the likes of, maybe, Scottie.

I think it was speculation. Ipswich 8 up at Cov with 4 to go.

So last home meeting of season , our "captain" AGAIN struggles with set up on his HOME track!!! , shame , he's only been riding it 6 months. ENTER G hancock , who rode saturday in polish GP, sunday elite riders championship , THIS MORNING elite lge and puts himself out to turn up and ride for US tonight and clocks 12pts!!!
the sooner we see the back of skippys less talented brother the better !!
the two form riders this year PK and NP both wolves assets time to bring them back for 2006.

Ipswich win by 2 at Coventry. Johnno will see the season out and it will be goodbye and thanks. Kp didn't do his prospects much good but Ronnie looked a class reserve to have. the problem is he wont fit next year at reserve if we go for top end strength.

A good result against a Poole side which showed as many inconsistencies in one night as Johnno has all season (nearly). A bit surprising that David didn't feature in heat 15, but Freddie justified his inclusion superbly. Hancock was excellent; somehow it wasn't as strange as it should have been to hear him saying "we" when interviewed about Wolves' prospects of winning the match. Krys concerns me sometimes; fast and smooth when out in front, but often decidedly dodgy when another rider, even a team-mate, is in close-ish proximity. Ronnie's had a new lease of life at reserve, and continues to roll back the years. Then there is Johnno, two zeroes and two wins (one paid), just like he has always been.
