Disaster in 12. Ronnie makes a mess of the first turn and takes Christian out of it. They are on an easy 5-1 when Hefenbrock slides off on the third lap and stays down. Race is stopped and awarded, Hefenbrock got up as soon as red light went on so it looked like he was trying it on.
Andersen off the inside takes Billy right to the fence in 13 and is away for a win. Fortunately for us his partner is Ryan Sullivan.

Iversen pushes Freddie out very wide on first turn but Christian (in for Ben Wilson) gates first and wins easily. Freddie is all over Iversen for four laps but can't quite get past.
Heat 15 is PK, Billy, Andersen and Jensen. Wolves lose toss and are on 2 and 4.

Well done to Christian... I'm happy for the lad. I'm sure he's learing all the time (even from Ht 12).

A 5-1 would be nice here...

It would appear we've found ourselves a reserve that the so called pundits said we were going nowhere without. Just Maggie & Ronnie to sort out and there you go!

We seemed to have turned a comfortable victory into something a little more nailbiting...

Thanks to Martin and Rich for the updates... Almost as good as being at The Green!

Thanks Martin and Rich. I would have been more banter-ous, but I'm working at the mo, so it's a bit difficult. Nice to win, and points from MK and Ronnie would have made it more comfortable. Let's hope the boys pull together and sort them both out

Heat 15 is a cracker. Andersen, off 1, again takes PK out very wide. PK doesn't back off though and squeezes through a non-existent gap (which is quite difficult ) to take the lead. Meanwhile Jensen and Billy ride inside and outside respectively for all four laps.
Great race, great result.
Hot news from Lawt: a deal has been struck with Ladbrokes Stadium whereby Wolfcry get the recording of each meeting for our use. PM Lawt for details.

That was tense! Our 4 man team pulled it out - Chris must be man of the match, though PK and Billy are doing the biz as a solid 1 & 5. If Maggie and Ronnie can get going I still believe we have a top 4 team.

Hi Steve: looking forward to seeing the Dream Team at Plymouth next week. I saw the track today and I think the Americans will like it. Fairly tight turns and reasonable straights. Looks a decent circuit.

Excellent nights racing, and a good result, if a little tight at the end, MK is still worrying though, as soon as he's near the back he just seems to plod round without any effort of trying to catch those infront.

Chris must be man of the match No steve, must disagree with you there on this on, when chris fell in ht12, ( this is from yozzawolf]) he deliberately stayed down,as soon as the red lights came on and the blue exclusion light came on he got up. We would'nt like it done against us so I don't see why should we resort to the same practice.

So, in a few weeks we can expect Magnus at reserve and Heff at number two, hope this doesn't spoil his run!
It is obvioust heff will score less points but on the other hand should boost the confience of Maggie!
