So far R/R has yielded 0 points from 2 rides. Christian would have done better I think. Good luck to him for tomorrow.

Well TNT, I would certainly HOPE and wish that a drop to reserve will help Magnus and I certainly hope he does it tonight to give the optimists a boost. It would be nice to have some good speedway news to discuss don't you think? I would love to see Magnus hitting the big scores and hope he does, but sadly it just isnt happening for him this year. As he now as a low 3.12 average, we cant replace him anyway so lets hope the points start coming. As for good news to discuss . . . at least we have the home leg to ride

No reason why we can't win the tie. With William and Christian on form at home we only have one weak link and Magnus should do better at 7.

Sun still quite a way above the horizon here in Cornwall. It's been very hot today. I've been indoors all day marking exam papers. Only stopped to watch the football; I thought it might lift my spirits.

Only stopped to watch the football; I thought it might lift my spirits. I was in our local pub to watch the game at 815am. Enjoyed the game very much, but not the final result. Penalties again! When will it ever change? Anyway, glad to see the back of Hoddle...fraud

Why so quiet on here... Is everyone watching that other sport on TV? Or is it simply too hot?

I would've expected Freddie to win that one... Is it another "gate 'n' go" track?

Looking at the scores, it seems that the only reason we're within 8 points is that Woofer is having a bit of a mare. Need some superhuman efforts over the last few

Not looking very good to me. We could conceed 5-1's in heat 13 & heat 15 as all thier heat leaders look in good form.

Need to gate in 13 and 15. Sounds like the track is getting slick, not surprised with the weather. We can still keep this fairly tight. Need to get some heat wins when the TRs kick in.
