Thanks for the updates. Pleasant result, 2 points gained methinks, and will certainly help our play-off chances. Nice one again, ROA, and well done to the boys

Thanks for the updates. Well done lads. Thanks for the updates and thanks for the surname Joy - I have been sifting through my old programs and trawling the updates site but couldn't find it. If I remember correctly, she was the one who held the tapes for aaages! It became embarrasing

Barbara Bel Geddes. She was Miss Ellie in Dallas. I am sure that about 30 years ago, friday nights were more exciting. Trouble is, I can't remember. This time thirty years ago, you'd have been watching our magnificent septet of 1976, consisting of: 1. Jim McMillan 2. George Hunter 3. Finn Thomsen 4. Leif Berlin What a great seven that was!!!! PS. I'll give you John Jackson at a push Gordon Bennett, Rob! I can remember that team like it was yesterday... Remembering what actually happened yesterday is another matter entirely!

I have the same problem, memory-wise. Unfortunately, you are mistaken, Gordon Bennett was riding for White City that year (the year that R/R won the league) - he didn't ride for us until much later in his career

We can beat Ipswich to 5th spot, but Belle vue to 4th, hmm we will need to nap a few bonus's as well as win at Coventry, Oxford and Reading.
