Seeing as I did watch tonight, I'll add my thoughts.
Man of the match: Freddie Lindgren. He rode superbly well tonight: attacked the track and knew exactly what he wanted to do. 9 .
David Howe. Missed out on heat 1 but rode with determination and skill thereafter. Great ride in heat 8: it looked like a disaster at one stage. 7. Billy Hamill rides a great first turn. He didn't gate but had the drive to compete well. But if he isn't first after lap 1 that's it. 6
PK. 6. Still a class act but has he lost something this season? The scores say yes.
William. The best of the rest. But doesn't look quick enough. I think he has the ability but needs more horsepower. 4
Theo. No power, no speed. If this doesn't change, he will have a miserable season. Which is no good to him or Wolves. 3
Magnus. Gated in heat 8 but was clearly a lot slower than the others. Speedway demands guts, ability and speed amongst other things. Can't improve on current equipment it seems. Where is the new bike? 2
We got very lucky tonight. The next two weeks will see home wins. But after that........

There was a point were I'm sure I saw the sun rising tonight. We were frankly gifted the win with Eastbourne losing both reserves, I wish Cameron Woodward a speedy recovery, horrible crash and thank god for the air fence. Rider of the night Freddie without a doubt, the win over next years No.1 was excellent! PK seemed a little off the boil, Billy and David did what was asked. William decent return. Theo, well off the pace and looks down on confidence. Needs a spell back at reserve. Magnus, all points gifted as only three riders in all his races. gated well in heat 8 then just seemed to lose power. Rangdo, cold and tired!

I can't add much to that Mr 8, a very good summary and I agree with your ratings.
I thought the crowd looked like a poor one. (5) There were big gaps on the terracing towards the 4th bend, even with the area near the start being fenced off. Sky choose their camera angles carefully to try to avoid showing how poor many of the attendances are.
Entertainment was no more than a 6. Racing suffered due to Eastbourne's injury depleted team.
Track conditions (7). Great credit to the track staff. We had a massive amount of rain over the weekend, apart from that dodgy patch on bend 3/4 that caused the big accident, it rode very well.
Team performance (5). Made very hard work in beating a 4 man team. Changes definitely needed quickly to avoid yet another season of mid table mediocrity.

and from the luxury of my armchair
PK 6 not his usual self David 8 impressive again, and using his brain too Billy 5 beaten by davey watt twice on your own track is not good enough imo Theo 2 as has been said elsewhere, he is shutting off in the first corner, needs to be back to reserve asap, fair play to him at the start of heat 1 though, the only rider to offer his machine to David, good on ya Theo! Freddie 9 best nights work for a long time, and the real reason NP didnt come out for ht 15! William 5 scored points tonight, but has ridden better Magnus 1 and that was for turning up........didnt beat an opponent all night ( ht 2 doesnt count!)
M-o-M Freddie, guts, aggression and beat NP!

The attendance was indeed very poor, Went into the middle bar at 7pm, straight to the bar, and straight round to the snax counter for some chips, last year the queue was 20mins long, last night the place was very very quiet.

Short and sweet
PK 6 seemed to be just going through the motions David 8 Pity with heat 1 (what happened) but a great ride to try and get Magnus round) Billy 7 Did what was expected Theo 2 Was he there?? Freddie 9 Superb stuff. would have had a max had it not have been for his waryness in the first corner of ht 13 where he went too wide. William 3 Not up to the task Magnus 2 It has all beeen said before

Watched this on the TV. Freddie - 9, I think now he's defeated Pedersen there is not a rider he hasn't beat at Monmore. I certainly remember him beating Andersen, Crump & Adams. Nicholls or Hancock. TNT can you check? Howe, Hamill, Karlsson Snr - 6. Did enough. The rest - 2.
