I think the Ipswich team would be more suited to visiting Perry Barr on Wednesday. I would be disappointed if we didnt hit 60 points tonight

Evening all. I was actually intending to go tonight, but couldn't say no when given the chance to purchase a superb new guitar yesterday for my blossoming musical career. So I can't afford to go tonight. Plus, as opponents, Ippo look like a pile of smelly poo.

Lightning start by Howie in 1. Track looks a little deeper than first thought and should provide some good racing. Norris pulled up after two laps with no apparent bike problems.

Lightning start by Howie in 1. Must admit, David has made me sit up and take notice this year, as I have always had him much on a par with ADAM......however, David really does seem to be making that step up that we have been "force-fed" he will do for the last few seasons, and that can only be good news for him and for us KEEP IT UP HOWIE!

Magnus passes rempala in 2 and Louis gates in 3 only to watch BILLY power round him.

Another 5-1 in 4, although Schramm gated and was in front for a lap. Freddie did a third to first on turn 3/4 and Schramm is right behind him on the inside going into turn 1. He can't turn quickly enough, bumps into Freddie and drops off. Magnus takes evasive action and it is another heat win.
Just announced that David Norris has withdrawn from the meeting, still feeling the effects of a spill last thursday.
Not a good night to be an Ipswich fan.
