Lightning start by Howie in 1. Track looks a little deeper than first thought and should provide some good racing. Norris pulled up after two laps with no apparent bike problems. Norris crashed recently and eastbourne hoped he would be fit for there next match. maybe he still not over his spill ;D

Jansson gates well in 5 but another good ride from Billy sees another heat win.

Not a good night to be an Ipswich fan. Payback for all those times in the oft-mentioned '70s when Messrs Louis, Davey and Sanders et al used to come and give us a right tonkin'!

If we had any thoughts of team changes nights like this will do nothing to pull certain riders averages down. Good for the guys confidence though

Mr Pastry has just moved closer to the Wolfcry crowd.
Mr L sounds concerned.
PK gates in 6, David joins him after half a lap.

Thanks for the updates Mr 8...
I'm not really boycotting this meeting per se, but it is a bit rich to charge Elite League prices to watch Conference League opposition. ;D
I'll be at Coventry at Friday for the real test this week. Meanwhile, give me a shout when we hit 60...

Louis on a TR in 7. Carl tries to blast round Schramm on last turn only to throw a chain as bike seizes and stops.
Difficult to see Ipswich having any other alternatives now.

The only time I've ever seen a rider appear to celebrate while another was led on the dog track looking seriously injured. 14 years ago, who says Wolves fans bear a grudge!

Or that night when Parker, Lanham and co (not Louis though) celebrated our acute misfortune. Hmmmm, I don't seem to be able to recall what or when that happened... Perhaps it occurred after my move across the pond, which I might had, I did without any navigational help from Google! ;D
