Radio WM I guess are focused on football until the end of the season. Come June I think they will turn to speedway.
7-5 down after 2.

They seem to be focused on local politics this evening.

Are we the only ones here, Martin?
All the usual suspects can't be a Brandon, surely?

Hi Folks, if anyone is still here!
Now you'll have to trust me that I've been thinking this all day and not being wise after the event. Can anyone explain why the best team manager ever has decided to pair our two weakest top five riders together at 3 and 4, and has placed R/R at number 2, thus giving the league's best rider a ride in heat 8 rather than an extra ride against Coventry's best rider?

This is a really good effort from the Wolves at 40-47 down with a race to go. No Tai, no PK and Mads injured after two rides. Whatever happens - and a point looks unlikely - damn good effort.

Quite a remarkable result all things considered... We'd have mullered 'em at full strength!

Fisher has to be one of the dirtiest riders I have seen - drifted Fred to the fence in one race and wiped everyone out in another.
He is well overdue a trip to the fence himself and it can only be time before his victims catch up with him.

What did you think of the Wolves performance Wolfie? A great battling show against the odds or were we flattered by Coventry throwing lots of points away?

Hi Mr X.... we battled hard to stay with them but were helped immensely by their ability to throw points away - the first time it happened I wasn't sure if Rosco was trying to prevent us having the chance to use another Tactical Ride. Once we lost Mads we knew we would be up against it and we all thought it would be a heavy defeat. One of the disappointments when the chips were down was Wells - considering he has ridden there so many times he showed an extraordinary lack of track knowledge - in one race when he was in a points scoring position he just turned outside allowing the Coventry pair to sail past inside him. Once the last couple of heats came and we knew that we needed a heat advantage we knew that we wouldn't be getting a consolation point as Proctor was too slow to score in heat 15. It was good to be there just to see Fred who was awesome - his races with Harris were just pure class and his second place in the one he lost after being hung out to dry by Fisher on the first bend was also good. It looks now as though Tai is going to be out for another 3 weeks and unless we make a signing from somewhere I think it will now be a struggle for us to reach the play offs as although the second strings have improved a bit they are still not consistent enough and the reserves aren't contributing enough points wise. He rode like a complete nutcase tonight, out of control with no apparent fear, a very dangerous combination.
