Is the riding order as of the Green Sheet averages if so does that mean Adam Skornicki will be at reserve on an average of 6.11? Hope so.

Sorry to spoil your plans but ...... LUDVIG is still at reserve as his 6.60 average is only from meetings this year inc bonus points and 5.86 without bp's.
His rolling average (28 matches) is currently 4.45 while ADAM is on 6.29 at present but both are at present on 4.29 and 6.24 until new figures are released. Adam's 6.11 average is including bonus points and 5.44 without.
Interestingly, at present the #1 race jacket is heading back to FREDDIE as his rolling average is 9.13 compared to TAI's 9.01
JACOB is just 3 rides away from his 100th official race for Wolves and a score of 5 points on Monday will take him over 3.00. This year he is averaging 3.90 (4.78)

If we are to hold realistic hopes of another title this season, the fitness and form of Ty Proctor seems to me to be crucial. his form so far repays the patience shown by the management. If he, and to a slightly lesser extent, Ricky and Sqora can continue to score significantly it is difficult to see a team beating us over two legs.
And yes, as I write this, I anticipate the wheels coming off for one reason or another!

At present things are going well, but if the wheels are likely to come off then I can see the main weak links being at 3 and 4 in Ricky and Adam.
Ricky I really thought would move forward this season and average around seven points a match. At present he is averaging 5.56 which is more in line with his starting 5.79 average ..... even though his rolling average has gone up to 6.20 !!
Adam however was signed as the third heat leader on a 6.57 average but so far is averaging just 5.54 but still holds a 6.24 rolling average. We really need Adam and Ricky to be averaging six a piece if we are to maintain the advantage in matches.
Ty Proctor has been on form this year and you could say he could move to one of these positions and Adam or Ricky to #2 (Adam my choice) ..... but he is currently sidelined and R/R wont really cover his absence with only Ricky, Ludvig and Jacob allowed to take his rides.
So while he is on the injured list, he is best staying at #2 so Ricky can take heat 8 and the three rides with Tai will be taken by the reserves. This will obviously weaken the team as the Tai / Ty partnership has been virtually unbeatable this season, especially at Monmore.
With Adam and Ty out injured we are not really affected as much R/R for Adam gives Freddie and extra ride while a decent guest (Craig Cook, Stu Robson, Zengota etc) can be used for Ty.
So for the teams sake, get well soon Adam and Ty ..... but at the same time !!

As a continuation of the Ty being injured post above. Can someone clarify the benefit of double up riders? As Ty is injured should we be able to use another Premier league rider to a similar average? Isn't this the same as him being unavailable due to riding for Plymouth. At least a team could track 7 riders that way

Where double up riders are missing because they are riding for their other clubs you get a guest. Where they are missing due to injury it is R/R for numbers 2 to 5 in the Green Sheets unless 2 of these riders are missing when you have a guest and R/R. Guests are only allowed for injuries to numbers 1 and the reserves. Wolfie

NEW AVERAGES 9.13 Fredrik Lindgren 9.01 Tai Woffinden 6.18 Ricky Wells 6.13 Adam Skornicki 5.78 Ty Proctor 4.45 Ludvig Lindgren 3.00 Jacob Thorssell R/R would be ok for Ricky as Tai now gets the extra ride having been overtaken by Freddie .... even though Tai is averaging more than any rider in the league, but Freddie has lost some low scores while Tai lost some big ones. Missing Ty would result in R/R being used with Adam and the reserves taking his rides while a guest could still include the likes of Craig Cook, Stuart Robson, Simon Stead, Richie Worrall, Nick Morris, from the EL/PL while Bridger, Mroczka, THJ, Miskowiak, Gustafsson, Auty and Klindt. Would seriously look at Adam switching to #2 and if Ty is back soon, putting him at #5 as he is clearly fits the third heat leader role more this season so far. Elsewhere, Daniel King takes over at #1 at Birmingham with Josh Auty replacing Smolinski at reserve ..... Thomas H Jonasson is at reserve for the new look Poole ..... the out of touch Adam Shields is at reserve for Eastbourne ..... Robert Mear returns to Lakeside within a week of being dropped !!

Sat 08 Eastbourne EL Away - Mon 10 Lakeside EL HOME - Wed 12 King's Lynn EL Away - Mon 17 Peterborough EL HOME -
These are the meetings likely to be missed by both Tai and Ty
Would it best to have a guest for Tai and R/R for Ty as Chris Holder possbly could be the guest for the home match v Peterborough and away at Kings Lynn while Niels K Iversen could be used in the home match v Lakeside and away at Eastbourne ..... as long as he isnt selected to ride in the Best Pairs
R/R for Ty gives extra rides to Adam, Ludvig and Jacob
With Tai seeming determined to return sooner rather than later, a short term replacement looks out the window and quite frankly the only riders that fall into that bracket ( Pedersen, Hancock, Sayfutdinov) are currently either injured or unlikely to ride in England ! while Darcy Ward who is set to return soon has a too high average

If we use a guest on Saturday at Eastbourne I think it will be either PK or Davey Watt.
Sky tonight have said that are now covering Poole v Birmingham next week instead of King's Lynn v Wolves due to injuries and rider unavailability - I wonder if that means we have asked not to go to King's Lynn?
