Things have gone from bad to worse tonight with Steady Freddie breaking his arm at the Danish GP so what we going to do? Guest for a few weeks or short term replacement?
Darcy Ward perhaps? As we do have Poole home and away next week but just like Poole not our season to be injury free!!

He said in an interview tonight that he not fully 100% but can't keep whining about it and just got to get on with it and do the job in hand so I'd hope if he willing to commit himself in a GP series that surely he won't forget his clubs and commit to league racing also as we certainly need him now and would give him standby captaincy until Fred back

Sadly Darcy Ward has an average too high to replace Freddie and it could be (?) that Poole redeclare their 1-7 soon with Darcy back in at the expense of Pawlicki, Miskowiak and THJ.
Would love to see Greg Hancock or Emil Sayfutdinov step in for a while but we can only dream of that scenario and more than likely guests will be the order of the day. BV v Swindon also riding while Birmingham v Lakeside is on the same night we are at Wimborne Road.
Would seriously hope that (Ward or) Holder are guests at Swindon while after that we complete July after the WTC with 2 more home fixtures against Swindon (BV v KL / Bham v Pet) and Coventry (East v B'ham)
6 weeks out for Freddie would also mean missing the trips in early August to Belle Vue, Birmingham and Coventry and the Brummies at home on the 12th and that leaves just ONE match left at home on the 26th before we hopefully start the play offs.

From what I have been reading the injury could be more serious than we first thought, it could be the end of Freds season for 2013 ,( I do hope I am wrong though) whatever the outcome ..............Get well soon Freddie.

Freddie even out for six weeks would mean returning just before the play offs, if its any longer then his season is all but over.
With Ty still unsure on how long he is out for or most importantly if his injury doesnt flare up again, I would think its best for the team to redeclare now and hopefully get a deal done with Darcy Ward for the rest of the season.
1 - Darcy Ward 2 - Ludvig Lindgren 3 - Ricky Wells 4 - Adam Skornicki 5 - Tai Woffinden 6 - Josh Grajzonek 7 - Jacob Thorssell
While having Ludvig at #2 isnt great, we have trips ahead to Belle Vue and Swindon, both tracks that Grajzonek has ridden for and he has already proved he can ride Monmore this season.
The only meeting Josh would miss is the trip to Coventry on the 9th August as Somerset are taking on Plymouth, so Ty wouldn't have been there anyway !
Looks the best option if we can get it for the rest of the season if we are to aim for the title.

As it is the upper arm then difficult to see Freddie back in the Wolves team this season. And it is likely to mean the end of his gp career for the time being as it ends his chances of ending in the top 8. Would be great to see Ward in a redeclared team but I am sure Poole will squeeze him in somehow. I suspect we will make do with guests, and so disappointing that our excellent season has been so ripped apart with injuries

Much better news now on the official site. Nothing broken but an ugly wound. Two weeks only perhaps.

So 2 weeks on the sidelines could be all for Freddie.
That does however mean H - Poole, A - Poole and A - Swindon may need covering, so hopefully Iversen can step in for the Poole clashes and then Holder at Swindon.
Adam, Ricky, Ludvig and Jacob to carry on covering Ty then which is ok at home but away may be tricky ?

"Damian Balinski were Leszno’s star men on 10 paid 11 apiece as the Bulls went into the fixture without injured Swedish SGP racer Freddie Lindgren"
Taken from SGP website so yep Freddie did NOT ride!
Glad he okay and no breaks but agree with two crucial away meetings coming up we do need cover and need confirmation mid week about Proctor if he going to return or not this season as then can plan next step of action as we do need 7 riders despite Thorssell and Skornicki hitting nice bits of form!
