NEWCASTLE 48 - 41 SHEFFIELD
Phil Morris yet again led the way for Newcastle with James i'm a wolf Grieves again scoring well. Claus Kristensen dropped just one point to the opposition and Josef Franc backed him up well. Robertson was handy at reserve, but Henry and Tomicek failed to score in seven outings.
For Sheffield Andre Compton was injured and Paul Cooper had a grasstrack meeting. Sean "The Prawn" Wilson continued to refind his scoring power, but was only really backed by the wild Richard Hall and young Ben Wilson. Ricky Ashworth recieved neck injuries in heat 14 and is believed to have gone to Newcastle hospital as a precaution

Thanks for those... Grievesy is absolutely flying so far this season isn't he? Good sign for us...
Isn't it strange how everyone seems to have latched onto the idea of using your 3rd best rider at number 4? This is obviously to cover heat 14 but has always been the case under this formula. This time last year everyone seemed to decide to use their best rider at number 5... then after a few matches many of them moved back to no.1. Fashion! ;D
