But this one has a happy ending; Billy is OK and takes his place in the re-run.

Reminds me of the last time Zagar was at the Green, riding for Trelawny. He can be a dirty b*gg*r at times

5-1 would be nice to give us an outside shot at the bogey

Reminds me of the last time Zagar was at the Green, riding for Trelawny. He can be a dirty b*gg*r at times Strange. I watched him week after week for two years at trelawny and he never put a foot wrong. Looked a class act, reminded me of a very young Hans Nielsen, yes- that good. But he has lost some credibility tonight.

No mercy, and was rightly excluded, but his opponent got an ambulance ride

I believe it was Buzz Burrows, Rob. You beat me to it. I used to keep stats in those days and still have them on my home PC.

Hancock gates in the rerun and PK tries to turn back for the inside line and pirouettes before dropping off. Race stopped with PK excluded. Hancock wins re-rerun easily.
We won, but Zagar again at Monmore stains his character.
Good performance from the Wolves; Lee Smethills out of his depth but everyone else chipped in.
Thanks to MM2 for the calls - and to everyone else for the company.
