Can't see anything other than a big home win.
Mind you, I've been saying that for decades......
Where is young Kenneth?

Anyone else speaking to me tonight?
WILLIAM takes Freddie's ride in heat 3.
I see Belle Vue have a useful number 6 tonight against Swindon. Can you guess who?

Heat 3 predictable. All over before the first turn.

Hi Andrew.
Heat 4 a bit of a disaster. Grieves gates first (as he did in Ht 2) but has had his racing memory erased in a cruel medical experiment north of the border. He rides the turns badly and lets the Bees through.
Adam Shields?
Don't ask.
And at belle Vue, Lindback comes third behind Andrew Moore and Adam Roynon.
I'm not making this up you know!

Doesn't make sense that our only 2 potential heatleaders are paired together. What's the reason bedind David continually being at #2? True we get a lot of heat 1 5-1's (not tonight though), but if David was at #5 and they both won their 1st ride, that's 6 points instead of 5.

I fear that keeping David behind his security blanket of PK is doing nothing to set him up for 2008, which should be our only priority right now. The expectation will be for David to get better again in 2008 but the reality is in an equal strength league the only way he can possibly do that is by picking up away numbers (he has over 3 points difference between home and away numbers, much like Chris Louis and the GT. Given that our away form has to improve for us to win in 2007 (and the fact that we may not retain Billy who has better away numbers) it's time to give David more responsibility and let him rise to the occasion.
